Who We Are
Our Beginnings
In the Spring of 2001, Norman and Shelley Bossert placed a small ad in the Transylvania Times. It asked two simple questions, "Are You Jewish?" and "Do you want to meet for Torah Study on Friday nights?" In the next 24 hours, the Bossert's phone rang 57 times. The Brevard Jewish Community began.
We actively strive to provide the Jewish community with an opportunity to spend time together in a spiritual environment. Our services foster deeper understanding as they help us increase our knowledge of our history and the Torah.
